cavegreen: journey of return EP, 2015

Cavegreen is the electro-pop collaboration between performer and musician Eleanor Murray and lyricist Gianluca Bucci.

In 2015, Cavegreen released their debut EP, Journey of Return. The EP provides a taste of what’s to come with alternate versions of select songs from their 2017 release, Vita Lucida. These songs take their time to unfold, offering a slower, more haunting atmosphere, compared to their remixed versions in Vita Lucida. Their message remains the same though - singing of the profound human connectivity to the elements of nature, inspired by ancient philosophical traditions. Journey of Return was recorded, produced, and mixed by Eleanor Murray in Olympia, WA. It was mastered by Adam Straney at Breakpoint Mastering.
